June Course | Thursday | 17:00 – 19:30 | 4 Jun | 11 Jun | 18 Jun | 25 Jun Wind down, shape something beautiful. Join us for four Thursday evening sessions where you'll learn the foundations of wheel throwing in a light-filled studio in Woodstock, Cape Town. What you'll learn: Wedging and preparing clay, centering on the wheel, pulling and opening, throwing functional forms (bowls, cups, cylinders), trimming them and creating footings, glazing your pieces, and finishing techniques. What's included: All materials, clay, and glaze, four of your finished pieces, tea, coffee, a certificate of completion, and a warm, supportive studio environment with a maximum of 8 participants. After your final session, we handle the rest and let the kiln gods do their magic. You can expect to collect your pieces within 1 to 6 weeks of the class.
